Hi All,
I just wanted to write in and let you know what’s been happening around here. We are getting ready for the winter, which means, crab flights, uni, oysters, live scallops, spot prawns, geoduck, and some other great things!! That all said, something amazing has happened over the last few weeks and I wanted to let you all know first. We are getting our very own albacore boat. Yes, you understood that right. We are going to be most likely one of the only sushi restaurants in the world to have our very own fisherman and boat for our restaurant. We are going to have the highest grade, most sustainable albacore in the world, caught to our specifications, right here off the Oregon coast. So, get excited. Keep checking back, and I will keep updating you all with the progress of the situation. Just so you know too, the abacore from our boat is going to be in the restaurant in the next few weeks.
